build log.

Sat Nov 26 11:07:22 2005The RT System itself - Status changed from 'resolved' to 'open'
This bug is related to the long enduring broken Build.PL.
As some kind of "reality sync" I "fixed" all those related
bugs by dropping Build.PL from the distribution.
