Hi Sue,
Thanks for maintaining such a useful plugin. Here's several ideas I've had for the attachments plugin in order of my personal preference:
* Sortable columns: Click a column header to get ascending/descending sorting.
* Custom Meta data: There are occassions where it'd be nice to be able to include some custom meta data about a file such as a description.
* Version control: I often attach a file to a page which then gets edited fairly often. It'd be nice to have it revision controlled just like the rest of my wiki pages.
* File Manager: Provide a protected file manager tool to view all files stored in a wiki.
* Send a file: Like the Send a Link feature of some sites, this would allow a user to send a file or files as an attachment to an email.
