Subject: a list of uses?
Just a tweak, but it would be nice to be able to specify what modules the new module will be use()ing. In other words, when I create the module Local::HTML::Element, I will be dependant on HTML::Element and would like that added to the auto-created module.

It would be good to try this out first in a subclass. Thanks.
