There are a couple of bugs in the current release of Wikiwyg that are beginning to cause troubles. Both of these have been reported at kwiki.org but I'm reporting here in case you have been too busy to follow all the posts on the website.
Basically, the non-link (!) format and PRE blocks are not surviving round-tripping when going from Preview back to the Wikiwyg. Of the two, the PRE issue is the biggest problem as any page which contains PRE blocks is getting smashed when a user goes to edit it using Wikiwyg editor. Sorry I haven't been able to look into your code and provide a patch.
