Thanks for the comment. I took the WGS84 value from the original
Fortran program at <ftp://ftp.ngs.noaa.gov>, which has the comment
that this value applies to WGS84, GRS80, and NAD83. However,
additional research on the web substantiates the value of
1/298.257223563 as the "official" WGS84 value, as you point out.
There are some comments in papers that make me wonder if the
difference is actual or just a difference in terminology between
GRS80 and WGS84. I will change the value in my module at the next
upload.
