Subject: No resolve_entity support
As far as I can tell XML::LibXML has no support for the EntityResolver interface, meaning you can't get access to unresolved entity.

There seems to be some undocumented attempt in LibXML.xs, but it doesn't work. Since this attempt doesn't fit well with the current input-callback implementation in CVS (1.59 to be), I'm postponing this bug for the time being. Patches (against CVS) are welcome, of course.
