Subject: missing information when Pbsfile not found
This PBS message Using absolute subpbs: '/devel/obigo/q04c/hdi/Pbsfile.pl' . No '/devel/obigo//q04c/hdi/Pbsfile.pl' to define build. doesn't give any information about where the subpbs is defined

This happends because PBS doesn't, by default, show what is being depended in a subpbs. This is meant to lower the line noise. PBS does offer 3 switches you can use to get the information you are looking for. --dsi shows what is depended --sfi show extra information about the node being depended in a subpbs -o adds the line where things are inserted should work with most versions but 0.36 is even better.
