Subject: Missing prereqs in Makefile.PL: URI and DB_File
I attempted to install Spoon on my new 5.8.7 perl. When Spoon tried to run tests, it failed because neither DB_File nor URI had come with my build. Once I installed both, the tests passed. Please just edit Makefile.PL to reflect the stuff that Spoon actually requires.
