Subject: Config::YAML prereq.
When installing the (non-optional) mfn script, it says that says Config::YAML is required, but does not offer to install it. If the user installs mfn, the installer should probably also offer to install Config::YAML or any other reqs for the script.

Fixed. New dist (1.27) includes Config::YAML in its META.yml reqs listing, and it is inserted into the list appropriately if the module is being build by hand.
