When invoke like cleartool.plx setcs -clone other_tag to copy another's config spec, it says, sh: -c: line 1: syntax error near unexpected token `0x9c8ec24' sh: -c: line 1: `ClearCase::Argv=HASH(0x9c8ec24) catcs -tag other_tag > .setcs.29821.cs.my_tag'
