Subject: Crashing on has_changelog?
Looking at the webpage for Data::Phrasebook (http://cpants.dev.zsi.at/dist/Data-Phrasebook) it appears there may be a problem with the analysis of this distribution. In particular the cpants_error: 'No such column: ChangeLog'. There is both a Changes file and a ChangeLog file (as can be seen in the files_list), so whether this is causing problems or the DB schema is in conflict i don't know. This is my distribution, which is why I spotted it, so there may be others suffering a similar fate.
