Subject: Put __END__ at end of stub module
I used module::starter and one lil' beef I had with it is that it doesn't put a "__END__" at the end of a module ... which some old (woody) debian stuff needs, with the dh-make-perl packaging command. Thanks!
IMHO, its more important to keep the template clean and simple then to add cruft to the template to support busted utilities that have since been fixed. h2xs went down the "support cruft" road and the result was years of people thinking writing modules was really complicated.
