Subject: Holds onto information about deleted modules
It would seem that if you delete a module from CPAN then it still has it's kwalitee calculated and stuck on the site. I deleted WWW::Yahoo::Login the other week and it still seems to be listed. I've no idea if this counts as a bug or a feature ;)
