Subject: U2time wrongly exported on the C API
U2time function is exported via the PL_modglobal hash to be used from C, but currently, it is wrongly done and instead of a pointer to the function, an integer value is stored, which causes programs calling it to crash! The attached patch solves the problem. Cheers
