Subject: METAR Decoding
- Sometimes the cloud cover will say "Partly Cloudy" while conditions text says "Mostly Cloudy" - Conditions do not get parsed if there is no intensity modified, ie -TSRA works, +TSRA works, but TSRA doesn't.

Thanks for your report, and my apologies for this tardy response. Version 1.50 addresses the issue with moderate/unmodified conditions. I believe the cloud condition issue was addressed in a previous version.
