Subject: Change request - Licence
Hi Tony, Please consider changing the licence for this plugin to the Perl Artistic licence. IANAL but my understanding is that in the situation where someone was using something like PAR to create a single installable application, the GPL would have to extend to the entire application as a derived work. Since Class::DBI itself is released under the Artistic Licence I hope this will not be a problem. Best wishes, Simon Wilcox -- Digital Craftsmen Ltd 213 Coppergate House, 16 Brune Street, London. GPL is a deliberate choice here. Most code that I will be releasing from now on will be GPL rather than AL. Indivial requests for a different licence can be considered on a case by case basis. Tony
