Subject: test httpd.conf doesn't account for my DavLockDB directive
Performing httpd syntax check 2 ... ERROR: Syntax OK not found Got Syntax error on line 594 of /root/.cpan/build/Embperl-2.0.0/test/conf/httpd.conf: Invalid command 'DavLockDB', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration My actual httpd.confs are many and various, and you don't want them all; I suppose it might be enough for your tests to consider that end-users may have an httpd.conf for a Subversion Apache server: LoadModule dav_module modules/mod_dav.so LoadModule dav_svn_module modules/mod_dav_svn.so LoadModule authz_svn_module modules/mod_authz_svn.so LoadModule dav_fs_module modules/mod_dav_fs.so LoadModule auth_ldap_module modules/mod_auth_ldap.so LoadModule auth_kerb_module modules/mod_auth_kerb.so Most of those are actually built-in and not .so's.... Thanks! I'll cpan force install!

Remove the last few lines in test/conf/httpd.conf.src regarding dav and it should work Gerald
