Subject: Problems verifying some ISBN numbers (e.g. Albanian ones)
While testing some ISBN numbers from Albania (Google search for "99927-0") and attempting to load them into the ISBN structure, the structure failed with an INVALID_PUBLISHER_CODE error. I am not entirely certain as to why, but an example, "99927-0-157-9" fails to verify as a result.

I've fixed the problem and the changes are in Busines-ISBN-1.82. It's on it's way to CPAN now. You'll find a new test, albania.t, which tests the specific ISBN you sent me.
