Subject: Add specific envvar for annopod.db location
I'm thinking about packaging AnnoCPAN::Perldoc for Fink (Mac OS X packaging system). In that case, the best location for annopod.db would be in /sw/var/annopod.db. There is no way to accomodate that path in the current version. Perhaps an annopod-specific envvar is the way to go? Something like $ANNOPOD_DBPATH would be nice.
