Subject: Bugs/Requests
Version: Bio-Phylo-0.03 Perl: v5.8.6 built for x86_64-linux-thread-multi OS: 2.6.12-1.1390_FC4smp #1 SMP Tue Jul 5 20:09:48 EDT 2005 x86_64 GNU/Linux Issues: - Left side of cladogram is being cutoff. I can zoom out and get the full image, but the entire tree should be rendered in the default view. - Negative branch lengths are not getting parsed. This causes problems in phylograms, but the branch length also appears in leaf label. - Phylogram is displaying a wierd line shaped as a sideways "L" labeled "mya" and with a 0 on the bottom. - It would be nice to remove the node labels (n1, n2...) If you need my tree files or screenshots of the images produced, let me know.
I have uploaded version 0.04. This fixes the negative branch length parsing (in addition to some other small things, consult the CHANGES file). The SVG unparser now sets all negative branch lengths to zero. These two things should fix the errors. Now for the unwanted "features". You can hide elements in the svg using CSS. Open the file in a text editor. Just below the line that says /* global CSS selectors */ add: text.int, .scale { visibility: hidden } Hope that fixes things.
