Subject: Build.PL missing prereq HTML::Element
The current CPAN version of HTML::Prototype will fail its tests if HTML::Element has not already been installed since HTML::Prototype "use"s HTML::Element. The Build.PL script, however, does not list HTML::Element as a prerequisite. This problem can be fixed by adding HTML::Element as a prerequisite.

Fixed. Has HTML::Tree as a prerequisite.
