Subject: Warnings causes Time::Local to spit out warnings on ActiveState 5.8.6
I've described the problem here: http://www.perlmonks.org/index.pl?node_id=480972 If I have warnings enabled, Time::Local on Windows ends up giving the right answer after giving a bunch of warnings. At least, it's the right answer for me - I haven't tried non-zero times, only non-zero dates. Thanks,

You're right. Unfortunately, 1.10 is what came with AS perl 5.8.6. We upgraded, and the problem went away. (Apologies for the delay in replying.)
