Subject: Won't install without force because newer version installed (from CPANPLUS 0.055?)
In CPANPLUS shell, it won't install without --force because it is considered already up to date. CPANPLUS considers it as already installed, even though the module doesn't have a version number. FYI, I'm running this off of Windows Perl 5.8.7.

This was a side effect of bundling the module with CPANPLUS. This has been fixed properly with the 0.070 series of CPANPLUS, so upgrades should work as expected with 0.070 or higher.
