Looks like a mod_perl error, something's not getting cleaned up at the end of each request. For me, about every 4th click on the column header fails to change the URL in the header. I'm running about 4 servers on the dev box. I suspect it's the pager that's surviving. This is using MasonX::Maypole, and there are some notes about this in the source.
