Subject: Bandwidth Throttling for DCC Sends
Subject pretty much explains it all. It'd be a nice feature.. don't know how hard it is. The way I see it implemented is as an option to connect(), and then hopefully split amongst all the connections.

I've unfortunately not done much with the whole DCC subsystem apart from applying patches when they are supplied. From what I do know it may take quite a bit of work. Fortunately, I do intend to get round to rewriting the DCC stuff at some point, probably when I start doing some DCC bots >:) Anyways, idea duly noted and thanks. Chris 'BinGOs' Williams
