Text::TypingEffort should support international keyboard layouts which assign more than 2 characters to each key. For instance, the attached Slovakian layout has 3 characters assigned to several of the keys.
This could be accomodated by allowing each key in the layout array to have 4 values instead of just the currently-allowed 2. The first two characters would be not-shifted and shifted. The second two would be alt-gr-not-shifted and alt-gr-shifted.
Accomodating international layouts may also require a decent method for supporting keyboards with more/less keys than the US-104 keyboard that I have.
