Subject: Include authors information from 00whois.xml or 01mailrc.txt.gz
00whois.xml, 01mailrc.txt.gz These files are included in CPAN and have the authors' full name and email address. That information is displayed by search.cpan.org and by cpan.uwinnipeg.ca, so why not annocpan.org?
