Subject: Note surfing
In large man pages it would be nice to have a way to rapidly surf the notes. Each note could have small links to the previous and next note. Jump points to the first and last note at the top and bottom of the page, respectively, would round out the interface.

I've added a few navigation links between the notes; I hope they are intuitive enough. (Hrm, I forgot the link at the bottom of the page, though).
