I'll be a lot of module authors have no idea that cpanforum exists. If the information doesn't get back to the module author its pretty useless. A simple, non-nagging way to make module authors aware of the existence of cpanforum is to send them email upon the first post to a forum for one of their modules. This email would be sent out once and only once for a given author to make the author aware of cpanforum and provide information on how to login and subscribe to their module's forums.
