The failures in caller.t seem to be due to Log::Agent expecting carp to indicate a problem in t/caller.t, whereas in 5.8.0 it indicates the carp occured within Agent.pm. As far as I can tell from the Carp documentation, the 5.8.0 behaviour seems more correct. The other test failures seem to occur for similiar reasons. Michael
