Subject: RSS feeds by author, module or distribution
It would be nice to have RSS feeds by author, module or distribution, in addition to the global RSS feed.

Seconded. I need to know if someone has commented on my module, so I can make improvements. Submitting stuff automatically to rt.cpan.org might be a good idea....or maybe not.
Thirded. I want to be informed when new annotations are posted to my modules so I can act on them.

If you want an RSS feed by PAUSE author, that is, for all of your modules, it's already available; see http://annocpan.org/~MSCHWERN/recent.rss . I haven't closed this ticket only because I still haven't added the RSS feeds by module and by distribution, which are also in the wishlist. :) Ivan

Tried it, doesn't appear to work in Firefox. Firefox wants to download recent.rss. Also the feed does not appear in the little RSS icon in the lower right hand corner, only the system-wide "recent notes".
The problem was that http://annocpan.org/~MSCHWERN/ didn't link to http://annocpan.org/~MSCHWERN/recent.rss with a
element in the
. I've fixed that. I may have to change the RSS item titles so that they are more meaningful when seen in a Firefox live bookmarks context (currently the title is just the module name).
