Subject: 'provides' field in META.yml is not smart about reopened packages
The 'provides' field in META.yml does not allow for cases where a package appears in more than one file, simply displaying the last file encountered in its scan. Refer to thread "provides field plugged into PAUSE" <http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.lang.perl.modules.module-build/2149>.
