Most test results are PASS, but for a long time some UNKNOWN results have been reported due to IDElayout.o not being found; it looks like it isn't even being compiled. This is happening regardless of platform.

I have not managed to reproduce this issue, nor have a good idea of what is causing it. I would appreciate if a tester can provide more information, e.g. Makefile.PL output or the generated Makefile.
