It seems that utf8_heavy.pl is missing in 5.32 but is present in 5.30. I had to copy it from 5.30 ZIP to get things to work again ...

utf8_heavy.pl has been removed from perl 5.32. It was an internal file that shouldn't have been used outside of core.
