Hi team,
Please see that the field provided for entering "Customer ID " is not
supporting the alphabets. It is only allowing numbers in it.
*Bug scenario:-*
*From the mail *
*1. Click the " Get your credit card now" link*
* The user is navigated to the page to enter a mobile number and type a
code that is displayed.*
*2. Enter mobile number and the displayed case sensitive code *
Please provide your mobile number to start your Credit Card application
Mobile Number
Type the code shown (Case Sensitive)
*3. Tick the check box related to authorizing HDFC ...*
*4. Click the "Continue" button*
*It shows *Being an esteemed customer of HDFC Bank, please use Debit Card
or Netbanking authentication for faster processing of your credit card
application
* "Please* login using your Netbanking credentials or Debit Card.
Type in your existing Customer ID *5. The field "Customer ID is allowing
only numbers and NOT any alphabets or characters. *
My net banking "Customer ID" has alphabets, so I am not able to complete
the workflow and apply for a credit card. Again I am not able to use the
Debit card authentication at present as it is lost /blocked.
Thanks and regards,
Sharmila Mathew
