I installed this package, using cpan (interactive cli on Linux Ubuntu 20.04 x64):
# cpan
cpan[]> install Pod::Server
Then, after trying to execute:
$ pod_server
scanning for POD...

^^^It runs, scans for PODs, seems, like starts server, then dies with an error, shown above^^^
