Hi,
I'm glad you got it working. It's always had a core of contented users but it's based around 32 bit systems.
Mail::Outlook is heavily dependent on Win32::OLE which hasn't had an update since May 2014. I contacted Jan Dubois some years ago and he said he no longer had a copy of Outlook and couldn't provide any support. I doubt that's changed.
I don't think I'll be able to provide what you need.
