Subject: Distribution not found on metacpan
I can find it at https://metacpan.org/release/CBARRATT/File-RsyncP-0.76 But https://metacpan.org/release/File-RsyncP returns a 404. Was it withdrawn?

Thanks for the heads up. No, it hasn't been withdrawn. I'm not sure why that URL doesn't work. Looks like it broke when I did the most recent release of 0.76.
