Not actively, but happy to accept diffs and push out a new version. https://github.com/gnuthor/Net--LibIDN Not aware of actual functionality issues, but note that LibIDN has been been more or less superseded by LibIDN2, so I am not sure if people still use this. https://metacpan.org/pod/Net::LibIDN2
