Subject: LICENSE outlier "gpl"
All the other files shipped in this dist are clearly "under the same terms as perl", however, at the end of README in states:

https://metacpan.org/source/SEWI/Format-Human-Bytes-0.06/README#L42

Which is misleading/incorrect, as far as I understand.
