Currently the test suite (more exactly: t/05-core.t) is failing if aspell is installed, but there's no English dictionary available. This problem is already mentioned in https://metacpan.org/source/HANK/Text-Aspell-0.09/README#L40 --- I just wanted to have a formal issue so it can be referenced from other systems.
