In short there is no city in Delhi in order to fill the form you have to fill city too which is not there so if you are living in Delhi you can’t open online bank account with HDFC NOTE: Angrej its not USA it’s INDIA state are divided into districts not cities.

Another mistake is that this is the bug queue for a defunct Perl module, if you wish to contact the online bank there are several ways to do so listed on the website you are complaining about.
