Subject: Missing "pairs" function?

Here it says that "unpairs" is the inverse function of "pairs", but "pairs" does not exist as a function in this module. Is this not a bug? (F.Y.I. I needed "pairs") https://metacpan.org/pod/List::AllUtils#unpairs

"pairs" documentation isn't rendered on metacpan due to a POD syntax error. There is a fix for that in the repo[1] but apparently it wasn't released yet. [1] - https://github.com/houseabsolute/List-AllUtils/pull/10
