Subject: Declares a dependency on Perlmazing for seemingly no reason
The Attribute::Handlers::Clean module and tests don't seem to use Perlmazing, but META.yml lists it as a dependency.

Yeah, my bad. It was being used and later removed. It's now removed in the files for the next release.
