Hello, How feasible would it be to abstract away the HTTP client library that this project uses? Perhaps to use an async UA like Mojolicious or (my own) Net::Curl::Promiser? Thank you! -Felipe Gasper

In short - not very feasible. The integration with LWP is quite deep and it would take a lot of work to refactor - especially into an asynchronous model. However I will leave this ticket open in case inspiration strikes!
