Subject: LGPL provisions no longer necessary in Date-Calc
Given the XS parts have been split out into Date-Calc-XS, it doesn't make sense to continue documenting the LGPL2 aspects of this dist in Date-Calc, ( though they should stay in Date-Calc-XS )
