Subject: Some codici won't be considered valid but they are
Take this one: PGLCSM66M01E4T1G It's assigned by government because otherwise is would have been a "dupe" (so it has E4T1 as the "birth comune"). This library won't cosider it valid, but the agency does (and I have the official card here in my hands as well).
