Hi Team I have applied for a salary account online with two different branches, when I wanted to track my application the menu shows two applications and a continue button but there is no way I can select one of them and proceed. seems there need to be a silver bullet for the solution soon since I cannot proceed to track my application. I have used following link to create my applications https://apply.hdfcbank.com/vivid/s_account_newuiux_videoekyc#SA-Login and this one to track my application https://apply.hdfcbank.com/vivid/trackapplication Also attached Screenshots for your reference Hope this information helps and the team resolves it soon as no others face the same issue again.
