Subject: Config-File-1.52.zip archive unable to be installed by cpanm
The latest release of this module is a zip file rather than the more conventional .tar.gz file. It also contains a comment. This confuses cpanm's ability to extract the archive. I've reported the issue as https://github.com/miyagawa/cpanminus/issues/614, but it might be good to make a new release of this dist without the comment, or using a conventional .tar.gz file.

Actually, the latest version of cpanm handles this. But it would still might be good to address this.
