A lot of the files in this distribution carry the phrase:
./lib/Convert/Color/RGB16.pm:1:# You may distribute under the terms of either the GNU General Public License
./lib/Convert/Color/RGB16.pm:2:# or the Artistic License (the same terms as Perl itself)
This is subtly different from the "Same terms as perl itself", in that, Perl is licensed under "Artistic-1 OR GPL-1-OR-NEWER", while this phrasing only indicates "Artistic-1 OR GPL-1"
